Mississippi Board of Nursing is responsible for the implementation and enforcement of any state laws related to nursing license, nursing practices, nursing education, and Mississippi nursing schools. Nursing Board members are generally made up of both members of the public and those within the nursing profession, such as Registered Nurses.
